Our goal over the next five years is to give away a million meals and with help you can make that possible. Every 30 seconds in America restaurant quality, professionally prepared food, is thrown away. This is equivalent to about 1 in 4 calories intended for consumption never actually become eaten. Environmental impact of U.S. food waste, the United States spends about 1 billion dollars a year just to dispose of food gone wasted.
